- If you have suction cup (at 5.05 minute). You should use suction cup to touch the lens edge and then pull the lens. If you touch wrong the lens area, the lens can’t take it off.

- If you don’t use suction cup (at 5.30 minute). You should place your fingers at the eyelid margins right next to your eyelashes manipulate the lid, so they’re on the other side of the contact lens and break the seal by pushing one in and under the lens edge.
