Scleral lens removing methods
Look directly at the mirror then hold your eyelid till you see the lens edge

- Removing with a plunger (At 5.05) Touch edge lens with plunger then perpendicularly pull the lens out. Lens will easier to remove than not perpendicular touching at center or some place else.

- Removing without a plunger (At 5.30) You can use your non-dominant hand to hold the upper eyelid and push the upper edge lens with your eyelid margin. Use another hand to hold the lower eyelid and push the lower edge lens with your lower eyelid margin also. Gently press the lens, then the lens will comes off.
